The UPSEN UYK221 is a mobile scalping screener built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 30-80 t/h, fed from a 1.5 m3 hopper and taking material up to < 200 mm at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer — 5700×2100×2550 mm and 5.2 tons — and is driven by Kubota 18.2 kW / 25 HP Diesel, so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a mobile scalping screener, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.
