The UPSEN UJC704 is a tracked mobile jaw crusher built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 40-50 t/h, fed from a 3 m3 hopper and taking material up to 350 mm at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer — 5800×2200×2600 mm and 14,500 kg — and is driven by YANMAR 61 kW / 82 HP (EURO Stage 3) or YANMAR 53.7 kW / 73 HP (EURO Stage V), so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a tracked mobile jaw crusher, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.
