The UPSEN UTD40S is a tracked mobile stacker conveyor built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 150-300 t/h, fed from a 4200×2200 mm hopper and taking material up to — at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer — 11300×2200×2550 mm and 12,000 kg — and is driven by 54 kW, so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a tracked mobile stacker conveyor, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.
